The NCPPC Cultural Arts Committee is the Committee that will edify the Jubilee Platform of the Poor People’s Campaign via the Arts in North Carolina, and abroad. Utilizing our passion and love of the Arts to elevate the struggles of all marginalized people in our communities through innovative and creative means; bringing a deeper understanding to the Jubilee Platform and the Four Evils.
