On Saturday, April 19, 11AM-1PM, the NC Poor People’s Campaign will join 50501 NC at Halifax Mall in downtown Raleigh for “Forward Together: A March for Justice and Unity,” a powerful demonstration calling for equity, democracy, and collective action.

What: “Forward Together: A March for Justice and Unity”
When: Saturday, April 19, 2025, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

REGISTER FOR APRIL 19 IN RALEIGH!

From 50501 NC: “The rally continues the legacy of North Carolina’s Forward Together movement, which has historically united diverse communities to advocate for voting rights, healthcare access, living wages, and social justice. This year’s march aims to build on that momentum, fostering a movement that reflects the hopes and needs of all North Carolinians.”

As the NC Poor People’s Campaign, we demand a moral budget from Congress that maintains and expands access to healthcare, food stamps, and childcare rather than offering massive tax cuts to the wealthy. We demand that every ballot cast in North Carolina be properly counted rather than tossed out by a judge who wants to change the rules after the election is over. We demand justice for all, including immigrants, gay and trans people, students, and poor and low-income North Carolinians.
